Ewan McGregor's a Real Jedi French Knight...Jim Carrey, Too!

We always thought Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor would look good in silver.
Apparently, so did French Culture Minister Frederic Mitterrand. He just named the duo knights in the National Order of Arts and Letters, a high honor given in recognition for their contributions to the film industry.
Instead of dissecting intellectual values of Liar, Liar or the cultural significance of Down With Love, Mitterrand simply exclaimed, "I love you, Jim Carrey! I love you, Ewan McGregor!" during the ceremony earlier today.
The white steed-ready pair is in Paris promoting I Love You Phillip Morris—and they celebrated, appropriately enough, with a French kiss.
