Here's a toast to great expectations.

Ethan Hawke has married pregnant girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes., the actor's publicist confirms to E! News.

The duo swapped vows in June in New York. No further details were divulged.

The couple were spotted last month applying for a marriage license at the Municipal Building on Centre Street.

Hawke first met Shawhughes when he and his first wife, Uma Thurman, hired her to be their nanny.

Which didn't turn out quite as seedily as it sounds.

The duo reportedly did not start seeing each other until after Hawke's split from Thurman was finalized in 2005. Thurman filed for divorce in 2003 amid rumors of her hubby's infidelity, although he has attributed their breakup to a multitude of other problems.

He and Shawhughes announced their expectant status in January. It will be the third child for the actor; he has two children—daughter Maya Ray, 10, and son Levon Roan, 6—with Thurman.

Hawke said in 2006 that his kids provide "the greatest pleasure in my life. [Being a dad] is the only role that, if I fail, I will consider my life a failure."

The Before Sunrise thesp most recently starred in the critically acclaimed thriller Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and is busy shooting the cop drama Brooklyn's Finest, but there was a time he may have felt a little box office envy when it came to his ex-wife's samurai-sword-wielding success.

"It's unfair when one person's career is taking off, and the other is really suffering," he said last August during an interview on the AMC show Shootout.

"What happens, it's not that they're jealous of each other. It's that the person you share your life with isn't in the mood to support. You want to have a pity party for yourself, but they're off to the Golden Globes, and you don't want to go, because everyone is going to think you are jealous."

Well, there's no trace of an IMDb page for Shawhughes, so Marriage No. 2 is good to go!
