It was a perfect night for Dancing With the Stars' Gilles Marini and Cheryl Burke and a pretty good night for most prime-time shows.
DWTS led Monday with 20.2 million viewers, per preliminary Nielsen estimates.Two and a Half Men (14.4 milion) was the top scripted series. Elsewhere:
• A bunch of shows either hit their season averages or there about, including House (12.2 million), 24 (11.2 million), Rules of Engagement (11 million), The Big Bang Theory (9.8 million), How I Met Your Mother (9.2 million) and One Tree Hill (2.3 million).
• An alleged Sweet 16 party perked up Gossip Girl (2.5 million).
• Compared to last week, Heroes (6.3 million) lost ground overall but beefed up a bit in the 18-49 demo.
• Medium (7.3 million) rebounded from an especially off week.
