With the GRAMMY Nomination Concert Live! coming up this week, we were inspired to amp up our hairstyle with a little rock star flair. But we weren't ready for a drastic chop job, so we talked to Drybar founder Alli Webb for these GRAMMY-worthy styling tips that don't require a haircut…

"Go messy! If you have really curly hair, get a great blowout. The next day add a little dry shampoo to the roots, grab a curling iron and wind one inch sections all the around your hair. Work in vertical sections and only allow the hair to be in the iron for a sec or two, then give a pull on that section to create a soft wave (not curl). Use a light spray on your hands and tousle your hair with your fingers for a little separation."

"Go big! Throw a couple of medium-sized velcro rollers in a mohawk section of your hair to the crown, heat, let sit for as long as possible and let them cool in your hair. Tease the root a bit (you can do this all over your head, just be sure to gently smooth the top layer). Turn your head over and raise the root with your hair with your fingers. Use a firm hairspray to set."

"Go sexy! Blow your hair out nice and full with a large boar bristle brush (use lots of clean sections and start with very clean hair), then use a light pomade to twist and smooth individual pieces to create a loose, sexy style."
