Why, you ask? It seems when the actress was just starting out, she got one of her first big breaks on the long-running TV series back in 2006.
Awesome, right?
Well, that's not exactly how Rooney remembers it...
"It was so awful. So stupid," she tells Allure magazine (via Page Six) of her one-episode guest appearance. "Me and my boyfriend—although I [didn't] look old enough to have a boyfriend—went and beat up these fat people, and at the end of the show you find out that I used to be obese and I hate fat people. It's ridiculous. Who would ever do that? Who would beat someone up because they're fat?"
What's more, Rooney also had a few choice words regarding the program's large fan base.
"People are obsessed with that show," she says. "I don't get it."
Hmm..when it comes to stirring up L&O fans, Mara may be the girl who kicked the hornet's nest.
