Dr. Laura Reveals All on Web
Dr. Laura Schlessinger's.
Yup, that Dr. Laura--the family-valuing, morality-policing Dr. Laura who dispenses daily advice to nearly 20 million listeners via her syndicated radio show.
According to Seattle-based porn purveyors Internet Entertainment Group (IEG), the "dirty dozen" photos of a twentysomething Schlessinger were snapped by Bill Ballance, a former radio host who describes himself as Dr. Laura's onetime Svengali and lover. IEG says the photos, allegedly taken while Dr. Laura was married to her first husband, show full frontal nudity, including "extremely revealing closeups."
"With these photos she could become a poster girl for her own best-selling book, Ten Stupid Things Women Do to Mess Up Their Lives," says IEG President Seth Warshavsky. "Here's a case of a woman who sets herself up as a paradigm of virtue, and it turns out she has had a few salacious moments in her own life."
Calls to Dr. Laura's publicist were not immediately returned.
Earlier this year, the now 51-year-old Schlessinger admitted to Vanity Fair that before she converted to Judaism she did things "I regret and have shame for" but has since "moved on." She's now married to her manager, Lewis Bishop, and has a 12-year-old son. Her books include The Ten Commandments, How Could You Do That? and The Abdication of Character, Courage and Conscience.
The Dr. Laura pictures will up on IEG's Club Love site (www.clublove.com) Friday at 8 a.m. PT, along with an article by Ballance.
Although it's best known for the Tommy and Pam sex tapes, IEG has also attracted attention for trying to cybercast a Bret Michaels-Pam Lee romp, and was a key player in the "Our First Time" hoax, in which two alleged virgins-cum-actors were supposed to have intercourse online.
