Diddy Doubles His Output
It turns out that the Bad Boy family is getting two new members.
Sean "Diddy" (or is it "Daddy" now?) Combs revealed on his MySpace.com page Tuesday that he and girlfriend Kim Porter are going to have twins.
"We interrupt your browsing for this emergency announcement," the hip-hop mogul said in a video posted on the social networking site. "I'm telling people right now, no press announcement, just telling people and my family that I am having twins. It is official. Two more Combs. World, you're in trouble now."
That's Diddy. Low-key 'til the end.
Combs and Porter, who announced Aug. 22 that they were expecting their second child together, have an eight-year-old son, Christian Casey Combs. Diddy also has a 12-year-old, Justin, from a previous relationship, and Porter has a 15-year-old son, Quincy. (So let's get some ladies up in this house. Besides, you never know when Danity Kane will need a new member.)
The No Way Out rapper goes on in the video to tell how he, the self-proclaimed "champion" of seed-planting, just knew that something was going on with his lady's pregnancy.
"I woke up and I was standing there and looking at how beautiful she is, and I was like, 'Baby, you're kinda big,'" Combs recalled.
Which she must have loved.
"Not in a way that would upset her or nothing," Combs went on, quickly righting himself, "just kind of big for the amount of months she is. So I said, 'Baby, you need to go to the doctor, because you're kind of big. You're ready to give birth right now.'"
Porter, whom the doctor said is right on schedule to deliver two healthy babies, was also in the video, where the former model asked Combs if he wanted to let the babies' sex out of the bag.
"I can't tell y'all the sex yet," the discreet daddy said. "I can't tell you all everything. But when you see me throw this up"--he held up two fingers--"you know they're on the way. That's what's up. You don't have to worry about the rumors."
