Did Charlie Sheen Lure Miley Cyrus Back to Twitter?

Has self-proclaimed winner Charlie Sheen won over Miley Cyrus? So much so that she would actually come back to Twitter for him? Kinda, sorta, yeah.
Apparently, the man behind the somewhat troubled My Violent Torpedo of Truth tour has inspired, at least partly, the starlet's return to the social networking site that she abandoned back in October 2009.

"'Do not fear...the Sheenius is here!' I'm not gonna lie. I came back to twitter for 2 reasons. My fans and to follow @charliesheen #winning," she wrote on the Twitter account devoted to her upcoming Gypsy Heart Tour.
The post followed Miley's tweet that she was essentially "taking over" the site in order to keep her fans updated while out on the road.
Although, it seems she is finding it a bit hard to resist commenting on things that have nothing to do with the tour, like when it comes to her on-again relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
"I can say the best news ever now! Dang word travels fast! Liam booked the role of Gale in Hunger Games!" she tweeted earlier today. "I gotta go read all the books now!"
And when she's done with those, perhaps Miley will find this one of interest, too.
