Demi Lovato Suffers Nip Slip During Dallas Concert

Demi Lovato's wardrobe malfunctions aren't just limited to the hair-extension variety.

After accidentally yanking out one of her faux locks at a concert in Kansas City, the "Skyscraper" singer went on to have a nip slip while performing in her Dallas hometown Nov. 26, according to Hollywood Life.

The 19-year-old starlet, who was wearing a tight fitting dress at the concert, leaned over during one part of the performance and seemed to expose part of her left nipple.

But, not one to let a little nip slip get her down, Lovato continued on with the concert, and didn't even address the incident via Twitter.

Following the show, Lovato tweeted: "Dallas was on fire last night! New Orleans here we go!"

Way to have a show-must-go-on mentality.
