Well, that was fast.

Just a week after announcing she was so done with Twitter, Demi Lovato is back to tweeting.

Hmm, might it have something to do with all those return-to-rehab rumors that ran rampant immediately following her self-imposed exile from the social media site?

"Don't believe the hype... All is well" the "Skyscraper" singer tweeted to her fans on Monday, despite the fact that her rep had already told E! News last Wednesday that "all the treatment rumors are utterly false."

"SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics... MUAH! xo," added Lovato.

Among the other tweets sent out by the 19-year-old was one to her reported ex, Wilmer Valderrama.

"To the one and only @WilyVille - I hope the world can see what an incredible man you are. Happy Birthday Wilmer, you deserve it," she posted.

But while Lovato has returned to Twitter, the former Sonny With a Chance star, who last year dealt with several personal issues, including an eating disorder, is a bit more hesitant when it comes to doing the same with TV.

"Right now I don't need to get in front of a TV camera which adds 10 pounds and makes you feel more self-conscious about your body image," she told U.K. Glamour. "Being on camera makes me nervous. It takes a level of confidence and security which I'm still working on. I'm walking with my head held high, but I never forget that I'm a work in progress. When I'm ready, I'll find the right role and get back into it, but for now, I'm being cautious."

Take all the time you need, Demi.
