William Petersen's DNA is all over this one.
The former CSI star and his wife, Gina Cirone, are celebrating the arrival of twins—a boy and a girl—born via surrogate on July 5 in Los Angeles.
A rep for Petersen confirmed the big news to E! News, saying that while the pair were born prematurely and remain in the hospital, they're doing just fine.
Marg Helgenberger Leaving CSI After This Season—Is Ted Danson to Blame?
You work your butt off for a dozen seasons, and suddenly Ted Danson comes along and bam! Your character is demoted faster than you can say "DNA sample." Is that really the story we'll be getting coming into CSI season 12?
According to castmembers Ted Danson, George "Handsome Face" Eads and Marg Helgenberger…yes! But it's not the only story...
Ted Danson Joins CSI (But What About Bored to Death?!)
CSI's newest star isn't a lawyer, but he certainly passed the bar.
Ted Danson has joined the hit CBS series as the Las Vegas crime lab's new graveyard-shift supervisor (though, really, all the shifts are graveyard shifts), the network announced Tuesday.
But wait a second. Doesn't the two-time Emmy winner already have a job on a fantastic little HBO show called Bored to Death?
CSI Screwup Facing New Drug Mess—Is Jail Next?
This crime scene investigation didn't turn out so well for good ol' Warrick.
E! News has learned that the ex-CSI regular Gary Dourdan has been charged with drug possession after detectives determined he had oxycodone, aka "hillbilly heroin," on him when he allegedly rammed into several parked cars last month.
The news was confirmed by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, which also charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ex-CSI Star Back on Wrong Side of the Law—Why Was Gary Dourdan Busted Now?
Gary Dourdan has gone from CSI star to LAPD regular.
The actor, whose character was killed off the hit show in 2008, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. in Los Angeles after allegedly plowing into multiple parked cars while behind the wheel, E! News confirmed Monday.
No word on whether the arresting officers suspected that Dourdan was high on anything but life, but their investigation at the scene led them to bust the actor on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
Laurence Fishburne Leaving CSI
CSI is moving to Wednesdays next season, and Laurence Fishburne is not going with it.
After two and a half seasons on the current granddaddy of CBS procedurals, the Oscar nominee has opted not to renew his contract, Deadline.com reports.
Aw, so soon?
Justin Bieber Blasts Back at CSI Star Marg Helgenberger as "Kinda Lame"
Can Justin Bieber dish it out but not take it?
In a defensive post on his Twitter page today, the teen heartthrob groused about those not-so-flattering comments CSI star Marg Helgenberger made during a French radio interview when she called him a "brat" for his (mis)behavior on the set.
"It's kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you," Bieber tweeted. "I will continue to wish them luck and be kind."
Way to take the high road, Justin.
CSI Star Slams Justin Bieber: "He's Kind of a Brat"
Not everyone has Bieber Fever.
Marg Helgenberger, for example. While appearing on a French radio interview program, the CSI star was asked her thoughts on Justin Bieber's debut on the crime show last fall.
And let's just say she wasn't singing his praises...

Justin Bieber Scoop! CSI Details Revealed
As Justin Bieber fans worldwide know by now, the teen pop sensation is returning to CSI in February.
George Eads, who plays Nick Stokes on the hit CBS crime show, says he's been consistently impressed by Mr. Biebster. "He's a cool kid," Eads told me last night at Entertainment Weekly's pre-SAG Awards party at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. "He's in the eye of a hurricane and I think he handles himself really well…We had a lot of intense scenes together. We got along really well. I really respect the kid."
