Crisscrossing the Country: Tucker, Messing and Metcalfe

Did you think every celeb was at David and Victoria Beckham's Welcome to Los Angeles party this weekend? Not even.
Read on, because in my latest weekend roundup, I've got scoop on Chris Tucker in Chicago, Debra Messing in the Hamptons and a couple of the Jackson siblings in Beverly Hills.
Tucker and his Rush Hour 3 director Brett Ratner pulled a late one last night in Chicago. But nothing got too out of hand. They hit Vietnamese restaurant Le Colonial for some cha gio, fried rice, ca hap and bo sate.
Back on the East Coast, Starter Wife Emmy nominee Debra Messing hosted the opening of the Bridgehampton Polo Club's Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Jet One Jets field in the Hamptons. It was a family affair, as Ms. Messing sipped Evian while hanging with her nephews under the big tent. Also there was Wilmer Valderrama, along with Danny Masterson and his girlfriend, Bijou Phillips.
Also in the Hamptons, Chelsea Clinton was spotted having dinner with a few girlfriends at celebrity hotelier André Balazs' Sunset Beach.
On Saturday night, Russell Simmons, Topher Grace and Knicks star David Lee ogled the bikini-clad models walking in the Inca swimwear fashion show at Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm's the Estate in Sag Harbor.
In the city, Lance Bass was seen doing shots of Patrón at the Garden of Ono at the Hotel Gansevoort with a couple of male buddies.
Here on the West Coast, before he took off for the Bahamas, my spies saw Jesse Metcalfe downing the surf and turf tacos at One Sunset in West Hollywood. The rehabbed Desperate Housewives hunk was chugging water. Matthew Perry was there at the same time, sipping Red Bull with some friends.
Up the coast in Malibu, Kim Stewart hosted a family barbecue on Friday for mom Alana and brother Sean at Silver Spoon's BeachBody House event space.
I'm told the night before their big party with Tom Cruise et al., the Beckhams had dinner at Wolfgang Puck's Cut at the Beverly Wilshire hotel.
A couple of nights later, Jermaine Jackson and his sister La Toya did the same, but at the hotel's the Blvd restaurant. No word if they requested the Janet Jackson tunes that blared on the stereo.
