Brooke Mueller Officially Sentenced to One-Year Probation for Drug Bust
Brooke Mueller will have to be on her best behavior for the next 12 months.
Charlie Sheen's beleaguered ex-wife has been officially sentenced to a year of probation stemming from her Aspen drug bust last December, E! News has confirmed.
Monday's ruling makes official the terms of Mueller's plea deal in March that allowed her to skirt jail time following an intensive inpatient rehab program in February.

Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are in a heated child custody battle. On Monday in an Atlanta courtroom, the "Yeah!" singer broke down over allegations that he would rather party than take care of his and Foster's two sons.
Foster's attorney presented photos of Usher partying in Europe in February, insinuating that he cares more about having fun on the town than being a father to his children. The 33-year-old singer tearfully tried to explain the pictures, but the judge suggested he let his lawyer speak for him.

John Travolta Accusers' Former Lawyer Sues Gloria Allred

Okorie Okorocha, the attorney who originally filed suit against John Travolta on behalf of two anonymous masseurs is now suing their new attorney, Gloria Allred, claiming she went after John Doe No. 2 while he was still representing him.
"I can't believe f--king Allred called you," Okorocha wrote in a text message to his former client, according to a printout of various messages included with his complaint.
Allred, meanwhile, previously slammed the idea that she solicited Okorocha's clients—and she hasn't reacted complacently to being sued herself.
