Brooke Mueller Officially Sentenced to One-Year Probation for Drug Bust

Brooke Mueller will have to be on her best behavior for the next 12 months.
Charlie Sheen's beleaguered ex-wife has been officially sentenced to a year of probation stemming from her Aspen drug bust last December, E! News has confirmed.
Monday's ruling makes official the terms of Mueller's plea deal in March that allowed her to skirt jail time following an intensive inpatient rehab program in February.

Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are in a heated child custody battle. On Monday in an Atlanta courtroom, the "Yeah!" singer broke down over allegations that he would rather party than take care of his and Foster's two sons.
Foster's attorney presented photos of Usher partying in Europe in February, insinuating that he cares more about having fun on the town than being a father to his children. The 33-year-old singer tearfully tried to explain the pictures, but the judge suggested he let his lawyer speak for him.
But Foster's alleged behavior doesn't exactly make her mom of the year…

Okorie Okorocha, the attorney who originally filed suit against John Travolta on behalf of two anonymous masseurs is now suing their new attorney, Gloria Allred, claiming she went after John Doe No. 2 while he was still representing him.
"I can't believe f--king Allred called you," Okorocha wrote in a text message to his former client, according to a printout of various messages included with his complaint.
Allred, meanwhile, previously slammed the idea that she solicited Okorocha's clients—and she hasn't reacted complacently to being sued herself.

John Travolta may be the movie star, but attorney Gloria Allred is no stranger to the spotlight, either.
Now that the famed legal eagle is the counsel of record for two masseurs who have accused the Pulp Fiction star of trying to manhandle them during respective massage appointments, should Team Travolta—which has adamantly denied every aspect of the men's stories—be worried?
Civil attorney Anahita Sedaghatfar, a sexual-harassment litigation specialist, previously told E! News that it was the accusers who had every reason to fear Travolta's "pit bull" of a lawyer, Marty Singer. But now that Allred is onboard, Sedaghatfar is not predicting a happy ending for the actor.

Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man accused of harassing the Black Swan star, pleaded not guilty today in a Los Angeles court to two felony charges of stalking, E! News confirms.
The 27-year-old was taken into custody on May 4 after he attempted to contact the 28-year-old Kunis in the parking lot of a Los Angeles gym where he had hung out for three consecutive days in hopes of meeting her.

Mila Kunis probably doesn't want a repeat of this particular episode.
A man accused of harassing the That 70's Show star since last July will be in court tomorrow morning to be arraigned on charges of stalking and stalking in violation of a restraining order, both felonies, according to the L.A. District Attorney's Office.
Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, was arrested earlier this month after approaching Kunis outside a Beverly Hills gym—three months after she obtained a restraining order against him.
But why did Kunis get the order of protection in the first place?
