Chris Pine's former talent agency, SDB Partners, is ready to see Captain Kirk in court! As revealed in a lawsuit obtained by E! News, the Century City, Calif. boutique agency claims the Star Trek star owes them millions of dollars in commissions.
So just how much is the hunky 31-year-old making?

Hugh Hefner's Son Arrested for Alleged Attack on Playboy Playmate
Marston Hefner, the 21-year-old son of Playboy don Hugh Hefner, was arrested in a Los Angeles suburb last night for allegedly assaulting Playmate Claire Sinclair.
Authorities confirm to E! News that shortly before 11 p.m., cops were called to the couple's Pasadena home after receiving a domestic-violence call. Sinclair suffered minor injuries, according to police, and Hefner was taken into custody without incident.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry in Court Again—With Child Services
The question of whether or not Gabriel Aubry is going to be able to maintain his current custody arrangement with Halle Berry is up in the air yet again.
Both parents returned to family court Friday for a private, confidential hearing. Daughter Nahla was not present, but sources confirm to E! News that representatives from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services were sitting in.

Ivanka Trump Harasser Gets Probation, Must Stay on His Meds
He didn't exactly trump the system, but the guy who was bothering Ivanka Trump online doesn't have to spend any more time locked up.
Justin Massler pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment and criminal contempt for his tweeting and emailing about Donald Trump's little girl. The Ivanka fan was sentenced to time served, plus five years of probation during which he must continue his regimen of medication and psychiatric treatment.
According to his lawyer, Massler suffers from schizophrenia. He was declared unfit for trial last May and ordered to spend a year in the psychiatric ward at New York City's Bellevue Hospital.
So how did he end up pleading guilty today?
