Claudia Schiffer Delivers Again
Model mom Claudia Schiffer is pulling double duty.
The German catwalk queen, 34, and her film producer-director husband, Matthew Vaughn, 33, welcomed their second child, a daughter, in London on Thursday.
The baby, named Clementine, weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was said to be doing well, as was her mother.
Schiffer and Vaughn already have a 22-month-old son named Caspar.
"We are absolutely thrilled at our newest addition to our family," Vaughn said in a statement.
"I would like to thank my beautiful wife Claudia for giving me an equally beautiful daughter, a little sister for Caspar."
The couple married two years ago in a super-secret ceremony before 300 of their nearest and dearest, including A-listers Elton John, Brad Pitt, Madonna and Guy Ritchie.
Schiffer had been engaged twice previously but never married. She wore magician David Copperfield's rock on her money finger for six years before the relationship evaporated into thin air.
She was then reportedly betrothed to businessman Tim Jeffries, before that pairing too ended without a swapping of vows.
The superbabe has graced innumerable magazine covers in her time, but she has lately been making mommyhood a priority.
Vaughn is known for producing films such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch and Swept Away, which were all directed by Ritchie.
He made his directorial debut this fall with the film Layer Cake, which received favorable reviews upon its release in London.
