After a few days of keeping the aww-inspiring news to themselves, a rep for Christina Applegate confirms to E! News that the actress welcomed her first child with fiancé Martyn LeNoble last week.

So, what's the little cutie's name?

It's Sadie Grace LeNoble!

While the new mom and dad are keeping the vital statistics of the future heartbreaker private, they confirmed that the darling girl was born last Thursday in Los Angeles.

"Mother and daughter are doing great," the rep said.

It's the first child for both the 39-year-old Applegate and the 41-year-old Porno for Pyros bassist, who have been together for nearly three years and who became engaged last Valentine's Day.
