Christina Aguilera Settles Divorce Drama

Now all Christina Aguilera has to worry about is remembering the words to "Respect."

While there's still that pesky six-month waiting period in California, the pop star and soon-to-be ex-husband Jordan Bratman have reportedly reached financial and custody agreements that will presumably make the next couple months of their "marriage" go down easier.

So, who gets what?

Well, the latest round of paperwork doesn't break down their assets, per se, but Bratman filed a noncombative response to Aguilera's divorce petition on Feb. 8 stating that their financial situation has been "resolved by signed agreement."

Presumably the issues resolved include Bratman's initial refusal to move out of their house, even though Aguilera's new beau, Matt Rutler, has been spending quite a bit of time there, as well.

TMZ is reporting, meanwhile, that the duo, who tied the knot in November 2005, will share custody of their 3-year-old son, Max.

So it's onward and upward for Aguilera now, who, after attracting all sorts of negative attention for gently flubbing the National Anthem lyrics at the Super Bowl, will be sharing the Grammy stage this Sunday with Martina McBride, Yolanda Adams and Florence Welch to pay tribute to Aretha Franklin.

WATCH: Whatever Christina wears at the Grammys will surely be overshadowed by what Lady Gaga comes up with. Sigh...
