Charlie Sheen D.A. Hasn't Nixed Plea Deal

But it's not all bad for Charlie Sheen.
Despite a RadarOnline report claiming that Aspen District Attorney Arnold Mordkin had refused any kind of plea deal in Sheen's domestic violence case, the prosecutor insists to E! News that he hasn't ruled anything out.
"If there is any report that says I said that, that report is not attributable to me," says Mordkin. "I don't know who said that, but I did not. [Radar] should be ashamed of themselves.
"It is a felony charge; one never knows what a plea deal will do," Mordkin adds, saying the case won't be argued in the court of public opinion.
"I cannot discuss the case or any investigations we might or might now be carrying on," he says.
Sheen is due back in Colorado on March 15.
