Charisma's Lack of Marriage
Drive a stake through Charisma Carpenter's marriage—it's done.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star has split from her husband of five years, Damian Hardy, People reports.
"They are separated and now living separately," Carpenter's rep said Tuesday.
The couple wed in October 2002. They have a four-year-old son together, Donavan Charles.
Since Buffy, and its spinoff, Angel, went off the air, Carpenter's credits have included recurring roles on shows such as Veronica Mars and the short-lived Miss Match.
She also appeared in a three-episode arc of Charmed in 2004.
More recently, she was reported to be joining the cast of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice, but ultimately turned down the job in favor of a recurring role on ABC's Big Shots.
Carpenter, 37, also made a one-off appearance on the Nov. 7 episode of Fox's Back to You, just before the show ceased production due to the writers' strike.
