Celebrity Dressing Disasters: Whose Outfit Is Half Off?

This celeb stopped at a coffee place looking a bit like she'd backed into a shirt-shredder, not to mention running afoul of a can of white paint.

To be fair, we're not at our best before we've had a cup of coffee, either.

But we're guessing this star was attempting to be, you know, looking good. Which she is—but only if she's walking toward you.

So who is this barely backed-up star?

Why, it's Miley Cyrus. The second shot shows she can get her front covered up more or less fine, so maybe all she really needs is a second mirror to avoid an outré outfit like this next time.

Nobody should be forced to stand against the wall just to stay covered.
