It's a beach party on top but business on the bottom, as Beyoncé's little sister hits the red carpet in a bikini top, wide-brim hat and cover-up paired with high-waisted slacks. The individual pieces are fab, but put them all together and this ensemble looks more appropriate for a dinner in the Riviera, not the red carpet.
