As far as Juliette's outfits go, this is not bad. The quirky rocker's hair is a human color, her makeup is normal  and the '60s-print mini is kinda cute and totally her style. It's just a bummer that Ju happened to pose in front of a neon car—taking her look from groovy to "Ouch, this picture hurts my eyes!"
