Is Camille Grammer plotting her return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills already?

It seemed like just yesterday that the 43-year-old announced she wouldn't be returning to the reality show next season, but…

Grammer told us last night that she's "devastated" about leaving.

"They're my family, too," she said at last night's 45th anniversary party for the Advocate magazine at the Beverly Hilton. "Maybe I'll come back and go to party because these are my friends."

If she does, do not expect her "Greek god" boyfriend, Dmitri Charalambopoulos, to join her. He's so camera-shy that when he had to make an appearance on TV for their supplement line, he, well, hurled!

"He actually threw up before he went on," Grammer spilled. "I don't know if I'm suppose to say that or not, but he's such a nice guy…He's probably happy for us to keep our relationship private. But honestly, he was so supportive and he said, 'Anything you decide to do I will support you.' "

Let's just hope he doesn't support her on a full stomach.

P.S. The lovebirds are not talking marriage because of—yup—Camille's ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer. "I'm still healing," she said. "I still haven't settled my financial situation with my ex. Maybe in the future, but not in the near future. I've got time still."
