Brooke Mueller will have to be on her best behavior for the next 12 months.

Charlie Sheen's beleaguered ex-wife has been officially sentenced to a year of probation stemming from her Aspen drug bust last December, E! News has confirmed.

Monday's ruling makes official the terms of Mueller's plea deal in March that allowed her to skirt jail time following an intensive inpatient rehab program in February.

"Brooke is very glad to put this chapter of her life behind her, and focus on being a great mom and making some exciting career decisions," her rep told E! News Tuesday morning.

The erstwhile World According to Paris star was charged with felony drug possession, intent to distribute and misdemeanor assault after she allegedly roughed up a woman at an Aspen nightclub in December and officers reportedly found between 4 and 5 grams' worth of cocaine on her.

She agreed to plead guilty to felony drug possession in exchange for having the other two charges dropped.

If Mueller successfully stays out of trouble during her 12-month probation, then the sole remaining charge will be dismissed. She must not drink any alcohol or do any drugs while on probation and must submit to random urinalysis.

"She has to comply with all the rules of her probation," Aspen District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told E! News.

Or else.
