Brooke Mueller is taking her former rehab facility to task for allegedly disclosing confidential information about her stay there.

In the lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife (and still a sometime sidekick) claims that she was assured her privacy, admission and all other information about her time at the Canyon at Peace Park recovery center would be kept confidential when she checked into the Malibu facility Feb. 9, 2010.

Mueller says the privacy promise was one of the main reasons she chose to enter rehab there, yet once she arrived, she alleges the facility began leaking details to the press.

Mueller says in court documents that center not only disclosed information about her stay, but also attempted to sell the information to the media.

"The truth was that Defendants would not protect Plaintiff's confidentiality and that Defendants would disclose to the media Plaintiff's admission to Defendant's facility, Plaintiff's presence at Defendant's facility, and the reason for Plaintiff's admission and presence in Defendant's facility," the lawsuit states.

The mother of two is suing Canyon at Peace Park for intrusion into private affairs, violating her constitutional right to privacy, fraud, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, infliction of emotional distress as well as other causes of action.

Mueller, who has been in and out of treatment for some time, last completed a 45-day outpatient treatment program at an undisclosed rehab facility in July, then promptly headed to Mexico for a weeklong stint at yet another rehab facility.
