The Dancing With the Stars cohost and hubby David Charvet may have finally tied the knot in August after being engaged for over five years, but Burke says her baby making has come to an end.

Dancing With the Stars' newest champion didn't even need to hoist the mirror-ball to be deemed a winner.
It's a fluke that J.R. Martinez, a former U.S. Army infantryman, is even alive today after 40 percent of his body was severely burned in a landmine explosion while he was serving in Iraq in 2003. But what he's done since—get back into fighting shape, travel the country as a motivational speaker and land a role on All My Children—has been the stuff of fairytales.
Let's just say that J.R. is No. 1 when it comes to deserving that win last night. Even better, he was a really good dancer. But...he wasn't the best, technically.
So, we've taken the liberty of ranking the DWTS champions through the years to see where J.R.'s twinkle toes stack up:

Movie theme week continued tonight on Dancing With the Stars.
Raphael Saadiq sang "Soul Man" from The Blues Brothers. Susan Boyle sang "Unchained Melody" (not "Enchanted Melody," Brooke Burke-Charvet, but nice try) from Ghost. And two-time pro champ Julianne Hough brought her adorable self back to the ballroom to cut a rug with her Footloose costar Kenny Wormald.
Whether that remake makes a dent at the box office remains to be seen, but another DWTS hopeful slipped through the cracks tonight. After a leaderboard shakeup that saw Chynna Phillips tie Nancy Grace after blanking on her tango routine, who got the boot tonight?

Brooke Burke and David Charvet stealthily tied the knot in St. Barts on Aug. 12, but there were no pictures to prove it—until now!
The bride and groom both wore white—her attire a bit more flowy than his—for the occasion, an intimate sunset ceremony aboard a sailboat anchored off a private beach, attended only by their kids and a couple of friends and officiated by the boat's captain.
Thankfully, it went off without a hitch, because Burke described their family-only trip to the Caribbean as nothing less than "the setting for an 18-year-long dream to come true."

Take a deep breath, Twi-hards, Robsten is so not on the rocks. We've reported this, what, 262,523 times already? As usual, the rumors are due to scheduling differences, but this is not the first time the couple have been apart. They are very into letting each other have their own careers and lives, so it will take more than a little long distance to break these two up.

As far as (alleged) celebrity crimes of the century go, Brooke Burke isn't exactly making like O.J.
The Dancing With the Stars alum, along with the prettiest of hubbies David Charvet, are facing a civil suit for allegedly receiving more than $70,000 worth of state-of-the-art appliances for their Malibu home.
And, oh yeah, they were all stolen.

Dancing With the Stars? More like Feuding With the Stars.
In case you haven't heard, after judge Bruno Tonioli called Michael Bolton's "Hound Dog" jive the worst in all 11 seasons, the singer publicly complained that he thought the harsh remarks were "inappropriate and disrespectful."
So does show cohost Brook Burke think Tonioli should apologize for attacking Bolton? Sure, Tonioli "could have been nicer," but...
Brooke Burke's Busy Date Night
Hosting Dancing With the Stars (and having four kids!) doesn't mean Brooke Burke is too tired to go out afterward.
Once last night's show wrapped, Brooke and her longtime fiancé, David Charvet, made it a date at Madeo in West Hollywood.
We're not sure if they invited all the paps gathered outside along for dinner, but Brooke didn't seem to mind the attention at all.
"Let's get one of all of us!" she suggests, before jumping into a photo with the paps.
