Britney Suicidal?

These days, we barely bat an eye at reports of Brit behaving badly—until the rumors surfaced that she left a suicide note reflecting on how lonely and unfair life could be before being rushed to the hospital Jan. 4.
As it turns out, that report is bogus.
"It's completely untrue. She wasn't suicidal, there was no suicide note—ever," Sam Lutfi tells Ryan Seacrest today. (Lutfi was listed as the person who found the note on Brit's bathroom counter.)
Whatever her state of mind at the time, we can confirm Britney is still alive and kicking as of this afternoon. The most recent accounts have her with Adnan at Jerry’s Deli in Studio City, and there was a sighting of her eating a muffin in the passenger seat of a car on Coldwater Canyon.
A simple chowfest sounds like great news right about now.
