Third time's a charm or just played out?

Dolce & Gabbana's lace cocktail dress has made multiple appearances on the red carpet this year: The former Mrs. Ryan Reynolds wore her belted green version with black pumps back in June for the MTV Movie Awards. Juliette Lewis followed up in October at a screening of Conviction, modeling the least adorned of the dresses in red with strappy black sandals.
