Singer simply stuns in a brown two-piece off the coast of Rio

Between getting her hair pulled and nearly running over a Beatle, who can blame Demi Lovato for wanting to take a little break on the beach?

Sporting a sexy brown two-piece, the "Skyscraper" singer enjoyed a little sand and surf in Rio on Wednesday along with a small group of friends.

But alas, the splishing and splashing is short-lived as the 19-year-old Lovato resumes her South American tour tonight in the city before moving on to Chile, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay.

Of course, those areas have beaches, too.

Here's hoping she seeks 'em out. For her sake...and ours!
