All it takes is one picture to get tongues wagging.
Mischa Barton, for instance, was spotted heading back to her London hotel in the wee hours Wednesday. By her side was her boyfriend, Taylor Locke, and a bottle of Don Julio Blanco tequila.
Now, we're not saying there's anything wrong with that, per se, but the girl did plead no contest to a DUI charge.
