Avril Lavigne's New Single! Is Wonderland Song Wonderful?
Given how Avril Lavigne was a judge on American Idol Tuesday night, we thought it only fair to turn the tables on the singer by having you all take a listen to her first song in more than two and a half years.
During a visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning, Avril debuted the appropriately titled single "Alice," off the soundtrack of the upcoming Johnny Depp flick Alice in Wonderland.
In the song, Avril takes on the role of the girl who makes her way down the rabbit hole, and while it's refreshing for a movie tune to actually reflect the movie itself, we're not really sure if it's the kind of thing we necessarily want to hear repeatedly on the radio.
But that's just us? What say you? And no need to hold back. Avril certainly doesn't.
