Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are officially divorced, 10 months after their shocking split, E! News confirmed Wednesday.
According to court records, a judge signed off on the split Nov. 22, as did the ex-couple. No other details are being released regarding their financial or custody situations, including the specifics of their 103-page settlement agreement, so we can only wonder...

In her February divorce filing, Simpson initially asked for primary custody of their now-3-year-old son, while Wentz responded by requesting joint custody.
But since we haven't heard any tales of the pair contentiously battling it out or pointing fingers, it would seem that Simpson and Wentz have worked out their differences and all is quiet on the Bronx front.
Over the last few months, Wentz has been spotted out and about with model Meagan Camper, while Simpson is prominently dating Boardwalk Empire actor Vincent Piazza.
