Ozzy Osbourne is giving his voice box a break.

The heavy metal icon's rep has confirmed to E! News that the singer canceled a concert in Mannheim, Germany, on Wednesday because of "vocal concerns."

While no further details were given on his current condition, Osbourne's rep insisted the Black Sabbath frontman is in perfect health.

It's not the first time Osbourne has had to cancel a concert at the last minute. In January 2011, he was forced to postpone a performance in Reno, Nev., due to an unspecified illness.

The decision to cancel yesterday comes less than a week after Osbourne's son, Jack, announced he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
