Andy Dick is no stranger to exhibiting some crazy behavior.

Like the time he flipped out at a Marie Callendar's restaurant in California and when he showed his junk to an audience member during a stand-up set.

And now the not so funnyman is in serious trouble over another incident, and he's headed to a West Virginia court over it.

So what happened?

Dick, who is free on bail at the moment, was in town performing at the Funny Bone Comedy Club last January when he fell off the wagon and started up his familiar antics.

He paid a visit to the Rum Runners nightclub, where a bartender and clubgoer, as well as several witnesses, alleged Dick "engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims genital areas," according to a statement from the Huntington P.D.

The perpetually troubled star faces two felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse and his trial is set for Jan. 17. Dick is also being ordered to submit to urine tests and if he is found to have been under the influence of drugs it's straight to the slammer for the comic.

The incident occurred while he was on probation following a 2008 arrest for allegedly groping a teenage girl.
