America's Traveling Party—Plus, Blunt's Italian Job

Guess we can forget about those reports suggesting America Ferrera's ego has gotten so big that she's peeved about being contractually obligated to be in the sequel to her 2005 movie, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.
The Ugly Betty starlet was all smiles last night when she partied in New York with her Sisterhood costars, Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn and Blake Lively.
The foursome had their own table in the VIP area at Irving Plaza during the Nylon magazine and MySpace concert for Nylon's International Music Issue. They had just gotten back to the States after shooting in Greece.
The evening included music and deejay performances from Plasticines, Steve Aoki, Bloody Social, the Misshapes and Razorlight. "America got really into the music and started playing air guitar," an eyewitness reports.
Bledel almost left the party early, because after she walked out of the VIP area for about a minute, security wouldn't let her back in. A magazine staffer rescued Alexis and pulled her back in.
Meanwhile, in Hollywood last night, Emily Blunt, Maggie Grace, Lauren Graham, Molly Sims and Beau Garrett hit a private estate for dinner prepared by Everyday Italian chef Giada De Laurentiis.
The night honored MaxMara's Nicola Maramotti, who is in L.A. to present the fashion house's award to The Devil Wears Prada's Blunt at Women in Film's Best of the Best 2007 Crystal + Lucy Awards tonight.
Blunt and Grace had hoped to catch up with Maria Bello, their costar in the upcoming flick The Jane Austen Book Club, at the MaxMara fete, but Bello was a no-show. She had good reason: She was home in bed, ill with a 102-degree fever.
I'll be at Women in Film tonight. Check back in the morning for my Planet Gossip Now video blog to hear all about it.
