American Horror Story Exclusive Clip: Watch Now as Another Possible Buyer Checks Out the House

American Horror Story fans know that when trying to sell a murder house, you need three things: a positive mental attitude, clean, well-decorated rooms and, of course, a maid who drops sexual innuendos.
That list is according to our exclusive clip from this week's episode of AHS, of course. But will it work on the potential buyer taking a tour of the house?

In "Open House," the Harmons finally find a serious buyer (i.e. not a ghost) who is genuinely interested in purchasing the house that has caused so much pain. But it won't be the realtor closing the deal, because it looks like Moira (Alexandra Breckenridge) will be reeling in the big fish.
Check out the clip below, and start placing bets on how long the buyer sticks around before Rubber Man shows up to scare him away.
