Alicia Keys Welcomes Baby Boy!

The diary of Alicia Keys has a great, new entry.
The singer's rep tells E! News that the Grammy winner and her hubby, Kasseem "Swizz Beatz" Dean, joyfully celebrated the birth of their son Egypt Daoud Dean on Oct. 14 in New York City.

Mary J. Blige first tweeted the news: "I'm So excited 2 Congratulate my brother @therealswizzz and @Alicia keys on there New, baby, boy!!!!!!!"
Beatz then confirmed the news on his own Twitter, writing: "I'm so thankful for everything I been blessed with in my life wowwwwww!"
Daoud, pronounced da-ood, is Arabic for David, and is Beatz's middle name.
This is the first child for Keys. Beatz has three other children from previous relationships.
