Alias' Michael Vartan Ties the Knot!

Michael Vartan has a new alias: married man.
The former Alias secret agent (who now stars on Hawthorne) wed Lauren Skaar Saturday at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, Calif., E! News has confirmed.
And to think, this couple's love story all began with a chance meeting in Whole Foods (followed by a serious love connection between their dogs).

"She has a dog that fell in love with my dog," Vartan, who popped the question to Skaar last March joked to E! News. "It's the only reason I proposed!"
Not to be outdone, Skaar had a few jokes of her own about how their wedded bliss came to fruition.
"We met at a grocery store in L.A.," Skaar told People. "Michael approached me after some well calculated 'stalking,' as I like to call it. We didn't date right away. I wouldn't give him my number but did take his e-mail address, and we didn't see each other until a few months after our first meeting. That was almost two years ago."
As for the nuptials, Vartan's Alias costar Victor Garber served as a groomsman. The groom, meanwhile, sported a Giorgio Armani tuxedo, and his bride walked down the aisle in a custom Vera Wang dress.
The theme of the wedding was "evening spring", and the newly cemented Vartans had their first dance to a song by Icelandic band Sigur Rós.
Congrats to the couple!
