Lori Petty Busted for Not-So-Petty DUI

Lori Petty may have reached her own breaking point.
Fresh off of her guest spot on Prison Break, the actress was arrested around 9:30 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
Petty, best known for her early '90s film career, was taken into custody in Venice after allegedly hitting a skateboarder with her car. The actress was not injured and the unidentified victim was treated for minor injuries on the scene, according to Los Angeles police spokesman Bruce Borihanh.
She was booked on a felony DUI charge and released on $100,000 bail from Van Nuys jail at 6:48 a.m., after spending nearly five hours in the facility.
Aside from recent appearances on Fox's House and the now wrapped-up Prison Break, she is most famous for roles in Point Break (opposite Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves) the women's baseball classic A League of Their Own (with Tom Hanks and Madonna) and Tank Girl.
Petty, 45, is scheduled for arraignment June 25.
