Teen Mom Amber Portwood's Child Services Case Closed—Where Does Daughter Go Now?

It's a bittersweet time for Amber Portwood.
Indiana's Child Protective Services has closed its long-gestating investigation into the Teen Mom star, meaning the protective order prohibiting Portwood from seeing her 3-year-old daughter, Leah, and the child's father, Gary Shirley, also goes by the wayside.
Meanwhile, Shirley tweeted Wednesday, "Today amongst all days is the single greatest day for the rest of my life:)...My daughter officially mine. More than before. Love you so much @leah_leann so were hitting up some Disney in Florida to celebrate. :)"
So what does that mean for Portwood?

The 20-year-old tells E! News, "Gary and I have joint custody and Leah only lives with him because they [CPS] felt she wasn't safe with me when my house got vandalized."
According to court records, CPS recommended back in May, after Portwood's home and car were vandalized, that Leah move in with Shirley full-time and the child's mother be allowed visitation rights.
Interestingly, Shirley had tweeted, "As of Today, I've been granted full custody of Leah with Amber in agreement. Will only accept the best for my daughter."
But that post has since been erased.
Portwood exclusively revealed to E! News last week that she has struggled with bipolar disorder and, while in rehab this summer, she was also diagnosed with disassociative disorder.
As for Shirley, "We're getting along fine, not fighting," she said. "Everything is finally good."
