Soup Poll: If Paris Bares Boobs, Should Pap Not Snap?

OMG! Summer means bummer for Paris Hilton! First she was questioned by South African officials after someone in her group was allegedly smoking marijuana at a soccer game, and now the beleagured blonde has been photographed sunbathing topless during a getaway on the Italian coast!

Ther irked heiress took to Twitter to vent: "Note to Self - Beware. You never know when some perv paparazzi may be lurking and hiding on a fishing boat in the middle of the ocean."

Well, sorta, Paris. After all, big as that middle part of the ocean may be, it is a public place. Paps, along with oil, apparently, have as much right being there as you.
