It was not just Derek Hough's abs that viewers got an eyeful of last night on Dancing With the Stars.

After finishing the quickstep with partner Tristan MacManus, Nancy Grace seemed to have a wardrobe malfunction, or more specifically a "nip slip," as she waited for the judges' remarks. She's even seen burying her head in MacManus' chest in what looks to be embarrassment. Not that we blame her—his is a mighty fine chest.

We caught up with Grace right after the show to get her side of the story, and here's what she had to say about supposedly dancing right out of her top...

Though screengrabs and video would tell you otherwise, Grace firmly denies that she had any sort of malfunction, insisting that the girls are strapped down with every piece of equipment DWTS has.

"They have taken all sorts of major league industrial-type precautions for nothing to happen, and you know what, thank god it didn't," she told us while gesturing toward her chest. "We were doing that little hopscotch step that he insisted [on], and I felt a little movement. But it did not equate a malfunction."

Even MacManus, whose head was boob-level at the end of the dance, says he didn't see a thing. "I missed it!" he says with an air of disappointment. "My head was there, though, and I missed it."

But Tom Bergeron didn't miss a thing, as you can hear him saying to the duo: "That's all right. On the European version that would be perfectly fine." And judge Bruno Tonioli, always ready with a sexual quip, joked that the dance was "a bit top-heavy at times."

Did you see a nip slip from Grace, or do you think our eyes are playing cruel tricks on us?
