We Give Thanks to Stars Who Tweet

This year, we're thankful for all the famous people who jumped on the Twitter bandwagon.

For fans, it offered the chance to feel more connected to their favorite stars (or at least more connected to their favorite stars' high-dollar ghost Twitterers). For haters, it gave new reasons to hate the stupid, mundane things these people think and tweet. For the famous, it offered a way to communicate without going through reporters or PR people. And for us gossip bloggers, it opened up a new platform for pointless celebrity feuds. It's all win-win-win-win.

In fact, we're so thankful for the microblogging service, we've decided to honor our favorite Twitterers and dishonor our least faves. Now please join us in our first ever (and possibly last ever, who knows?) Twitter Awards!

Most "On": Rainn Wilson
Whenever you need a laugh, The Office star is always there telling jokes. All laffs, all the time over at the @rainnwilson Comedy Theatre.
