Enough about vampires for the moment—let's talk about aliens instead.

Check out this extended sneak peek of Elizabeth Mitchell's new epic sci-fi series V, which is based on the 1983 miniseries of the same name, and which premieres on ABC on Nov. 3 at 8 p.m.

Some early thoughts:

1. The title should change. The one-letter title V was edgy and a good idea back in the '80s, but now we have the Interwebs, and a one-letter title is just unsearchable and bad. May we suggest V: The Visitors or V: They're Lizards instead? Much better Google traction that way. Thanks!

2. Sorry, but that brat is loathsome and needs to die.

3. Elizabeth Mitchell rules the universe, as will no doubt be proven for a fact onscreen during the course of V.

Are you going to tune in for the new V when it premieres? It does have Morena Baccarin and Scott Wolf being gorgeous...
