Tracy Morgan a Wanted Man in Florida

Tracy Morgan has seen better radio days.

The Miami Herald reported Friday that Miramar, Florida, police are looking to question the 30 Rock star after a local deejay accused him of groping her following his appearance at another station located down the hall from her studio at Clear Channel Communications.

Yuleika DeCastro, who goes by the name Sandy Domingo on the air, filed a misdemeanor battery complaint today, alleging that, after wrapping up his interview on Big 105.9's Paul & Young Ron morning show, Morgan stumbled into her studio at Mega 94.9 and proceeded to grab her arms, kiss the back of her head and lay his head in her lap.

She pushed him away and his entourage escorted him out, she told police.

Witnesses who confirmed DeCastro's story to the police said that Morgan seemed "totally out of it" during his 20-minute, expletive-laden interview, where he promoted his upcoming show at the Improv Comedy Club and Dinner Theatre in Coconut Grove.

DeCastro also told authorities that the actor smelled like he had been drinking, which will be a big no-no for the legally challenged performer after his punishment for violating his probation on a DUI charge kicks in next week.

Morgan is scheduled to be fitted with a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (or SCRAM) ankle bracelet on May 25 in Los Angeles. He's been ordered to wear the device, which will test his skin for alcohol vapors every 30 minutes, for 90 days.

If one of the tests comes back positive, the 90 days start all over again. If Morgan messes up a second time, he goes to jail for 30 days.

Morgan pleaded guilty in February to misdemeanor drunk driving stemming from a November DUI bust in New York and had his license suspended and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. Unfortunately, he was already on probation for a December 2005 DUI arrest in Los Angeles, and that's why an L.A. judge currently has him by the ankle.

Miramar Police Department spokesman Bill Robertson said that, once the police report is filed, it will be up to the Broward County State Attorney's Office to decide whether to press charges.
