New Jersey jailbird Joe Guidice is a free bird.

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was sprung Tuesday after logging eight days of his10-day sentence at the Morris County Correctional Facility.

Joe turned himself in to the jail on Sept. 20 for driving on a suspended license, the same day his wife partied the night away.

"Yeah, he's gone," a spokesman at the jail confirmed to E! News. "He left here yesterday."

Giudice walked out the front of the jail before dawn and was picked up by brother Pete.

His jail time stemmed from a DUI arrest back in January—an incident that wound up a storyline on Real Housewives.

Joe, who filed for bankruptcy last October, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. The arrest tipped off the nearby Clifton Police Department, which then took him in on outstanding warrants for a number of city ordinance violations.

He pleaded guilty in March and was eventually sentenced to a seven-month license suspension, $300 fine and 12 hours of driver-education. Just two months later, on May 17, he was stopped by police and charged with driving with a suspended license.

The judge ordered him to serve his jail stint, kept his license suspended and fined him another $1,500.
