That's what we asked when a photo surfaced of the scruffy-faced 31-year-old actor looking awfully thin as he clutched a Red Bull on a stroll in New York City.
So, what did Culkin's rep have to say about his current condition?

"Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health," his rep tells E! News. "For Entertainment Tonight—or any other media outlet —to speculate otherwise is reckless, irresponsible and destructive. We implore them to discontinue the rumor."
