Jessica Simpson has babies on the brain—and one little cutie in her arms.
So were the pregnancy rumors true and this is her secret spawn?

Not quite.
The singer, who has neither confirmed nor denied those pesky baby-bumpin' reports, might have been giving us a hint—or simply showing us she has a thing for bambinos, holding a fan's tyke for a photo op at store appearance in San Francisco over the weekend.
Simpson kept mum about her own procreation during the Macy's event, where she was launching her eponymous collection.
She has continued to be dogged by rumors that she and fiancé Eric Johnson are expecting their first child together. Earlier this summer, Simpson's rep told E! News that the star was not with child, but as the rumors have persisted, Team Simpson has been on lockdown.
And that goes for the wedding news, too. The couple, who will mark the one-year anniversary of their engagement next month, have not publicy announced a date for their nuptials.
