Christina Applegate si sente "molto meglio"

Adesso sta meglio, ma la star di Samantha Chi?, Christina Applegate, rivela nella puntata di un talk show che “per circa cinque settimane” in seguito al suo intervento chirurgico al seno, era molto taciturna al lavoro.
“L’ho detto ai miei truccatori e parrucchieri e alla gente con cui ho un rapporto più stretto, solo per avere un muro di protezione, in modo che nessuno mi spingesse”, dice l’attrice, 36 anni, aggiungendo scherzosamente: “Perché è una cosa che fanno spesso sul mio set. Mi spingono... così, senza motivo”.
La Applegate, che adesso è guarita dal cancro dopo essersi fatta asportare entrambi i seni, ha partecipato al telethon Stand Up to Cancer a settembre, insieme ad Ellen e altre celebrità.
“[Mi sento] molto meglio rispetto all’ultima volta che ti ho vista”, dice nel corso dell'intervista. “Avevo paura che la gente mi abbracciasse. La gente si abbraccia molto a quegli eventi”.
“Scusami”, dice Ellen De Generes rla presentatrice del talk-show. “Ti ho abbracciata”.
“E anche forte!” risponde scherzando Christina. “Ma no, ora va bene”.
E Ellen risponde sinceramente: “Ti abbraccerò un sacco durante questa pubblicità”.
