Britney Hits and Runs Again...or Did She?
The inevitable has finally happened. Britney ran over a paparazzo's foot. (Get all the details in our news story.) With all the Taco Bell eating, text messaging and reading Brit gets done while driving, we're honestly surprised this didn't happen sooner.
The thing is, we're enthralled by the train wreck we call Ms. Spears, but in this instance, we can't really put that much blame on Brit.
After reviewing our own footage (above) as well as other angles (here and here), it looks like a pretty confusing situation where even a sane person would have tripped up.
A photog got too close (like they always do), and his foot was caught under the wheel. Other paparazzi told her to stop once she had run over the foot, but then, almost in unison, they all told her, "Go, go, go, he's okay." The injured paparazzo even says he's okay.
She did the best she could to manage this high-anxiety situation while also covering her mouth with her hand in an attempt to hide her newly plumped lips.
